New video, images and e-book update from White Sands
I've just returned from a week-long trip to southern New Mexico, home to the glimmering, gleaming, otherworldly White Sands National Park. I've photographed this environment more than any other in the United States, for not only are its dunes in a constant state of flux (there's always something new to discover), but its shapes, lines, colors and textures can often be sublime.
In my latest video (embedded below), I share some of the best moments from the trip, plus a few of my favorite images.
After my trip, I decided to revisit and update my Photographing White Sands National Park e-book (link). I added new material about photographing the dunes, recommended areas to explore (with GPS coordinates), plus updated information about the park itself.
If you purchased the e-book from me anytime before today, you may download the updated version for free by entering the email address used when purchasing the book. You will then be emailed a "magic link" to download the book again.
If you haven't purchased the book and are interested in doing so, you may purchase it here for $15. I tried to put as much helpful information into this guide as I possibly could based on my experience visiting, hiking, exploring, and photographing this amazing national park in southern New Mexico.
